o Automotive

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating and directing Clients’ production activities in Tool & Press, Assembly, and Paint areas so that they properly support the corporations’ objectives and at the same time cultivate a teamwork culture in which everyone is engaged
- Overseeing the professional and personal training and development of the organization’s supervisor, by establishing goals and objectives and monitoring their attainment
- Proposing the purchase of capital equipment needed to support approved projects that are derived from the overall corporate business plan
- Using forecast data to establish/monitor the company’s production plan and capacity planning activities and making modifications to these plans based on work requirements
- Monitoring the organization’s inventories against the business plan and assisting in the establishment of inventory policies
- Ensures processes are in compliance with all regulatory requirements and all reasonable efforts are taken to provide a safe and healthy work environment
